Question : Is PayPal secure?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
 
Question : I don't want to give my credit card details over the internet, is there another way to order ?
Yes. If you Email us on info@coolkidsclothing.eu with your phone number we will phone you back to complete the payment process where you can give your details directly to our sales team. Please note we do not retain any individual credit card information.
 
Question: I don't have a Paypal account, can I still online pay by credit or debit card ?
Yes.
 
Question : Will you share my e-mail address or personal information with others ?
No. Any information you provide to Cool Kids Clothing  is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other party.
 
 
Question : Do you keep my Credit or Debit card details ?
 
We never take any of your details, they are taken by Paypal's secure server.
 
Question : Can I make an amendment or cancel an order that I placed ?
Any changes or amendments to orders must be made by email before 12 noon the following day. Please email your request to sales@coolkidsclothing.eu
 
 
Question : What happens if an item I purchased sells out and ends up being unavailable ?
 
It is possible that an item you purchased on this site becomes sold out after your shopping list has been submitted. We try to avoid this frustration as much as we can. Any sold out items will have ‘sold out’ beside them on the invoice accompanying your purchase. Your credit card will not be charged for any unavailable items
 
Question : How much does packing and delivery cost ?

Question : When will my order be despatched ?
 
All items are sent out on the next working day after payment has been made or cleared.
 
Question : Are the products new ?
 
All our clothing is new we dont sell seconds last seasons stock, or end of lines.
 
Question : How can you sell your products at such low prices ?
 
We buy direct from manufacturers in bulk, this allow's us to pass on the savings direct to you the customer.
 
Question : The branded clothes are fake ?
 
All our branded clothes are genuine originals direct from licensed manufacturers.
